Get to Know Zac Cook

Zac was a presidential scholar at Rockford University, graduating in 2004. After relocating to Chicago and graduating from John Marshall Law School in 2007, he returned home to Rockford with his wife and young children and began practicing as a Plaintiff’s attorney representing clients injured by medical malpractice. He joined MacCloskey Kesler & Associates in 2010. Since then, Zac has successfully tried jury trials throughout the state of Illinois. In addition, he has mediated and negotiated settlements for countless clients that have been injured in car crashes, slip and falls, and dog-bites.

Zac is admitted to practice throughout the state of Illinois in both the state and federal courts. He is a certified arbitrator for the 17th Judicial Circuit. He is a member of the Winnebago County Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, Illinois Trial Lawyers’ Association, and the American Association for Justice.
